Dr. Eric Centofanti is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, and a Certified Athletic Trainer. He previously worked with the New York Giants football team as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. This valued experience inspired Dr. Centofanti to further his education and pursue a Doctorate in Chiropractic. He earned a degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, specializing in soft tissue manipulation and sports-specific techniques. After graduation, he became the Clinic Director for a prominent Chiropractic company in New Jersey and New York City. He continued his work assisting with the New York Giants, while also working as the primary doctor for multiple NCAA sports programs.
Dr. Centofanti primarily specializes in sports rehabilitation, Active Release Technique, Acupuncture, and Facilitated Active Stretch Technique. He has extensive knowledge of preventing and rehabbing common injuries that may occur during exercise or while playing sports. When he is not treating his patients, Dr. Centofanti enjoys staying active by working out, playing soccer, tennis, golf, and a variety of other outdoor activities.
Currently, Dr. Centofanti is partnered with USA Sports Therapy, practicing at our Boca Raton location.
