Dr. Travis Kerner is a board-certified chiropractic physician in Florida and Virginia. He grew up in Richmond, Virginia, and wanted to be in the medical field since an early age. Dr. Kerner was a competitive swimmer his entire life, which led him to The University of Alabama on a swimming scholarship all four years of his undergraduate, while majoring in Biology. Dr. Kerner was also the president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was also named to the Southeastern Conference Community Service team.
It was at Alabama where Dr. Kerner found his love for chiropractic while suffering from injuries while a college athlete. He started seeing a chiropractor which changed his life and helped him find his true path of being a chiropractic physician. After graduating from The University of Alabama in 2016, Dr. Kerner graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-Florida in December 2019, where he was the president of his class for the entirety of the program.
Dr. Kerner specializes in Palmer Package, Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Graston, and Flexion Distraction methods to treat his patients. He uses his knowledge from experience and evidence-based research articles to help decide the best treatment plan for each patient. Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Kerner loves to travel, as well as hang out at the beach with friends.
